Marianne has 20+ years of experience working in the fiduciary industry.

She gained much of her technical knowledge at HSBC Private Bank before co-founding several regulated trust & corporate service provider businesses, an investment brokerage business and an alternative investment platform.

She was the first director of Guernsey’s aircraft registry and is a board member of several executive jet businesses.

Marianne qualified as a chartered company secretary in 2009 and is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.

She takes a hands-on and innovative approach to managing client structures and relationships at all levels. She brings technical and creative expertise to solving complex transactions and takes an active role in managing projects to conclusion.
